Because it knows you, the power of AI heads toward results.
Addness shares what you aim for, how you work, where things stand, and more with your AI agents. Because your AI agents act with an understanding of you and your team, results become easier to reach.

POINT01
Connect your goal and where you are today with to-dos.
In Addness, you break the gap between your goal and where you are today into to-dos, and move forward. You can break it down yourself, or together with your connected AI agent. Every to-do sits under a goal, so work that serves no purpose is less likely to creep in.

The AI agents you connect to Addness can see only the goals and files you have permission to view. You can set who can see each goal individually. And Addness never uses your data to train AI.* For how the AI agents you connect handle data, check each service’s settings.

About Addness
Addness is a service where you and your team share your memory with AI agents. AI agents such as Claude Code and Codex understand you and your team, and work alongside people from talking things through to getting them done. Decisions and deliverables stay in Addness as memory, so the more you use it, the more your AI becomes a partner you can rely on.
ChatGPT and Claude are AI that think and create. Addness is where you give that AI your company’s goals and history. Once connected, any AI reads the goals and history saved there before it starts, so you spend less time explaining things again.
Yes. You manage everything from big goals down to today’s to-dos in one connected structure. Unlike other task managers, every to-do carries its “why,” and your connected AI agent can read it and act on it.
You don’t have to break a big goal down yourself. Just write one sentence, in your own words, about what success looks like. Then ask your connected AI agent to “break this goal down,” and it will work through it with you down to today’s to-dos. The same approach works for goals that are hard to put into numbers.
Either works. In one organization, place goals such as “Work” and “Personal” under your top goal. Goals are not shown to other members of the same organization unless they are assigned to them. Your connected AI agent can also read the other organizations you belong to, so if you want to keep them clearly separate for your AI as well, sign in with a different email address.
Decisions and finished work are kept. Your connected AI agent writes them back to the goal (the full conversation is not saved automatically). The next time you ask it to “pick up where we left off,” the AI reads them first, so you spend less time explaining last time’s work again.
Yes. Addness holds your goals, their progress, and the context around them. You can replace other tools with Addness or keep using them alongside it. Slack and Google Calendar integrations are available on Focus and above.
Pricing and getting started
Create an account with “Try free for 7 days,” then add one piece of work you want to move forward as a goal. After that, connect the AI agent you use and ask it, “Let’s move this goal forward.” Step-by-step instructions are in the setup guide. If you’re unsure, you can talk to us.
Pricing depends on the number of people, and you can start with just one. There are four plans: Starter, Pro, Focus, and Unlimited. Connected AI agents do not count as seats, however many you add. Get two months free with annual billing. Anyone who asks AI to do work also needs a separate subscription on the AI side, such as Claude or ChatGPT. See the pricing page for how the plans differ.
Yes. With monthly billing for Pro or higher, you can start with a 7-day free trial (*a credit card is required). Cancel before the same time of day 7 days after you sign up and you pay nothing. Annual billing and Starter are not eligible, nor are cases such as having already subscribed or started a trial with the same email address. See the pricing page for details. Start a free trial
The organization can no longer be used, but your data is not deleted. Subscribe again and you can pick up where you left off.
Connecting and setup
You can connect MCP-compatible AI clients such as Claude Code, Codex, and Cursor. See “Connect AI” for instructions for your client. You can also use Addness from ChatGPT with the official plugin (steps).
Yes. You can connect Addness to ChatGPT with the official plugin. It works on the Free plan too (steps).
Yes. Link your own LINE account in the desktop app, and your connected AI agent can read conversations and send replies. The LINE connection and history stay on your computer and are not copied to the Addness cloud. See the desktop app page for how to connect.
*LINE integration is not available on Intel Macs (as of October 2026). Support may change, so check the desktop app page for the latest information.
The steps differ depending on where you use Claude, such as Claude Code or Claude Desktop. Check the steps in “Connect AI.” If that doesn’t solve it, you can ask our staff on our 24-hour live stream (in Japanese).
In a browser, Addness works as is on both Mac and Windows. The desktop app supports Mac (Apple Silicon and Intel) and Windows 10 (22H2) and 11 (x64). The AI app you connect has its own requirements: Claude Code runs on macOS 13 or later or Windows 10/11, and Codex runs on macOS 14 or later or Windows 10/11 (64-bit in both cases). We recommend 16 GB of memory or more.
*As of October 2026. Supported versions may change, so check the Help Center for the latest requirements.
Access depends on the connection method and settings in Addness and your AI client. You can review the permissions before connecting. See our privacy policy for details on how data is handled.
After we stopped accepting new free plan sign-ups on September 16, 2026, those already on the free plan could keep using it. The free plan ends on Monday, November 16, 2026. From November 16, you can't use your organization's pages or AI connected through MCP until you subscribe to a paid plan. Goals, knowledge, chats, and other data are not deleted, so you can pick up where you left off once you subscribe to a paid plan. If you subscribe monthly by November 16, you get your first month free on top of the 7-day free trial. We'll explain how to subscribe in an email to everyone on the free plan and in Addness.
We investigated the critical PHP vulnerabilities disclosed on October 21, 2026, and confirmed that Addness is not affected because it does not use PHP. Your data is not affected, and no action is needed on your part.
We added how information is handled when you pay for a paid plan through the App Store in the iOS app (sending your organization ID to Apple Inc. and receiving purchase records). Card and other payment details are processed by Apple and are not obtained by us.
