Choose the plan that fits how you work.

After creating an account, choose monthly billing for Pro or higher and register a credit card to start your 7-day trial. During the trial, you can use the features of the plan you chose. The trial ends exactly 7 days after you sign up, at the same time of day (not simply any time within the first week), and your first charge happens then. Cancel before that time and you pay nothing. Starter has no trial; you can start directly for $4.99 per person per month.

There is no trial in four cases. First, your organization has subscribed before, including when you subscribe again after canceling. Second, you have already subscribed or started a trial for another organization with the same email address. This is the case when you create a second organization after subscribing or starting a trial with the first one. Third, you choose yearly billing. Fourth, you choose Starter.

No. When you sign up, you choose Starter, Pro, Focus, or Unlimited. With monthly billing for Pro or higher, you can try it with a 7-day free trial (a credit card is required).

Starter is an entry plan for connecting your own AI through MCP. It has no in-app AI, meeting notes bot, or screen recording, and includes 1GB of AI Drive storage. Pro includes in-app AI (AI usage allowance), a meeting notes bot, screen recording, and no ads. Both plans include 3 routines.

No. The $4.99 price is the price to try it.

Yes. Each plan sets how many knowledge items, mind maps, templates, forms, customer lists, databases, dashboards, customer journeys, and Virtual Space rooms your organization can create. For example, knowledge is 5 on Starter, 30 on Pro, 100 on Focus, and unlimited on Unlimited. Customer journeys start with Pro, and Virtual Space starts with Focus. Limits count across your whole organization and are not multiplied by seats. Archived items count; deleting one frees up room. Scheduling booking pages are unlimited on every plan. See “Compare all features” for each plan's limits.

We accept credit cards. If you would like to pay by invoice, contact Support.

A seat is added when the person joins through the invite link, and we charge the prorated amount for the remaining days until your next renewal right away. From the next renewal, you are billed for the new seat count. Invited members do not need to register a credit card. The organization's admin pays.

No. Guests do not count as seats. They can view goals and conversations, comment, and chat, but they cannot create or edit goals. External members whose own organization already pays for them do not count either.

Removed seats take effect on your next renewal date. Payments already made are not refunded.

Starter is monthly only. For Pro or higher, switching from monthly to yearly billing takes effect immediately. Switching from yearly to monthly billing takes effect at the next renewal, when your current contract period ends.

From lowest to highest price, the plans are Starter, Pro, Focus, and Unlimited. Starter is the lowest-priced plan. Starter is for organizations getting started; you cannot switch from a Pro or higher subscription to Starter. Moving to a higher plan takes effect right away, and the difference is charged pro rata. Moving to a lower plan is scheduled for the end of your current billing period, and you pay for your current plan until then. If you move to a lower plan during the trial, the change happens when the trial ends, so your first charge is for the lower plan. If you move to a higher plan during the trial, the trial continues. Moving to a lower plan is not a cancellation, and you will still be charged for the next period. To stop being charged, cancel instead of changing plans.

Cancel from Plan and billing in Organization settings. Canceling schedules your subscription to stop at the end of the current period, and you can keep using Addness until then. You can undo the cancellation until the end date. To stop a trial without being charged, cancel before the trial ends (exactly 7 days after you signed up, at the same time of day). The free trial applies to monthly billing for Pro or higher. Starter has no trial; you can start directly for $4.99 per person per month. Moving to a lower plan is not a cancellation, and you will still be charged for the next period. To stop being charged, cancel instead of changing plans.

Deleting the organization cancels the subscription immediately. It stops right away, even in the middle of a billing period.

If payment stops and the subscription ends, the organization can no longer be used, but its data is not deleted. Subscribe again to pick up where you left off. Subscribing again does not include a free trial.

No. Only human members count as seats.

Only the people who hand work to AI need an AI subscription. Members who only work through their to-dos, view goals, comment, or chat can use Addness with just their Addness seat. You can start with the few people who will hand work to AI. Claude Pro (for Claude Code) or ChatGPT Plus (for Codex) is enough to begin with; move up a plan only for people who use AI heavily and hit the usage limit. For company use, we recommend a business plan (Claude Team or ChatGPT Business): inputs are not used to train AI models, and the company can shut off access when someone leaves.
