What you can do with Chat & huddles

   Goal conversations

   Keep messages and Goal comments in the same record

   • Messages form threads. Mark a thread resolved when the discussion is finished and filter by unresolved or resolved threads.
   • Activities such as completion and due date changes appear in the conversation. Groups of AI actions collapse into an activity count.
   • Unread replies to older threads appear expanded beneath their parent message.

   DMs and groups

   Use familiar direct and group conversations

   • Select a person to start a DM. Create a group in 3 steps: name it, choose public or private visibility, and add members.
   • Invite members by adding them directly or using a group invitation link.
   • Pin frequent conversations to the top. Unread badges and mentions show which conversations need your attention.

   Voice and video calls

   Keep meeting notes from the conversation

   • Start a call from a Goal conversation, a DM or group, or “Recording, audio & meetings” in the top-right corner.
   • Share your screen with audio, turn on your camera, blur the background and call other members.
   • Turn on meeting notes to record the call and automatically generate notes and a transcript.
