MEETING NOTES
Finish the meeting. Find the notes on your Goal.
Give Meet & Zoom meeting notes bot a Google Meet or Zoom meeting URL. It joins the meeting and saves transcript-based notes to the Goal you choose, or to the Meeting Bot folder in your own AI Drive. Addness calls and in-person meetings follow the same process, so nobody has to take notes or distribute decisions manually.
1. From a Goal row
A call tied to that Goal. The notes are saved as a resource on the Goal
2. “Recording, audio & meetings” in the top-right corner
Choose “Meeting”. Fastest for in-person meetings. Notes are saved to the Huddles folder in AI Drive
3. From the meeting notes page
Admit the bot when it reaches the waiting room. Notes and video go to the Goal you chose, or the Meeting Bot folder in AI Drive
Whichever way you start, the notes and transcript become resources
