KPI TREEBETA
See which metrics affect your business results.
Arrange business metrics and their contributing metrics in a parent and child hierarchy. Daily updates show which metrics are improving and which have stopped. AI agents connected through MCP collect and enter the data.
When a number below is updated, the rate and projection above move with it
What you can do with KPI tree
- 01
KPI definitions
Define how to count, where to get data and when to update it
- Specify the calculation, source of truth and daily update deadline for each metric.
- Check freshness states such as up to date, updates stopped, preparing or paused, and see whether updates meet the agreed schedule.
- Generate a request for your AI agent to add or change a definition or recalculate a metric.

- Charts show the target or limit line and a forecast for the end of the month.
- Link a KPI to a Goal to display a progress ring on the Goal row and see whether progress is on schedule.

Everything you keep in KPI tree
starts with Ask AI.
Ask AI sits at the top of the KPI definition list. Deciding how a number is counted and where it comes from, and where it belongs in the KPI tree, can both be handed over as instructions. An AI agent connected through MCP also runs the daily collection.

A red notice on the KPI definition flags a missing morning update. Check whether the run never started, failed, is still running or returned incomplete numbers. Request an update from an AI agent or send a DM to the person responsible.
