AI AGENTS
Connect your AI agent. Let it work with your Addness Goals.
Use AI agent connection (MCP) to connect Claude Code, Codex or Cursor to Addness. Your AI agent reads your Goals before it starts working, so you do not have to explain the context from scratch. Every connected AI agent works with the same Goal hierarchy.

Everything you keep in AI agent connection (MCP)
starts with Ask AI.
Instead of asking an agent in words, you can hand work over from the screen: the menu on a row, then Ask AI. It writes instructions that include the Goal's URL and how to work on it. Copy instructions pastes the same text into Cursor or any other AI. No API key is required.

- With Goals, tasks & KPIs
Ask an AI agent to review today's Goals and choose the first task, or summarize a Goal's current state and what remains before completion.
Explore Goals, tasks & KPIs - With Templates & routines
Ask an AI agent to carry out all ToDos added from a template. It reads each Goal's definition of done and details, then works through the tasks in order. A person reviews the results and makes the decisions along the way.
Explore Templates & routines - With Analytics
Describe the metrics you need. An AI agent creates a dashboard and runs the routine that updates it each morning.

Frequently asked questions
No API key is required for an MCP connection. Log in to Addness in your browser and authorize access.

Yes. Every AI agent connects to the same Goal hierarchy. Continue work started in Claude Code using Codex while a teammate works in Cursor.
Either one gets you to the same point in Addness. If you are not sure, Claude Code is fine. For Claude Code, you need a paid Claude plan (Pro or higher); for Codex, a paid ChatGPT plan (Plus or higher). If your company has already decided which AI to use, go with that. Choosing one to start is enough, and you do not need to subscribe to both.
Yes. Addness is listed as a ChatGPT plugin. Search for “Addness” in ChatGPT's plugins, add it, and connect it with your existing Addness account (you cannot sign up for Addness from ChatGPT). From ChatGPT in a browser or on your phone, you can also read Goals and move them forward. Work that reads files on your computer, and setup, is done with Claude Code or Codex on your computer.
Let’s move forward.
Toward your goals, with Addness.
