Established: September 2026

Revised: October 2026

Anyone participating in the Addness Affiliate Program (the “Program”) operated by ADDNESS Inc. (the “Company”) (a “Partner”) applies after agreeing to the following terms.

1. Who can participate

  • You must have an Addness account and meet one of the following: you own an organization with an active Unlimited plan subscription (trials are excluded; belonging to an organization only as a member does not qualify), or your proficiency level is Lv.10 or higher and currently active
  • You must have a bank account in Japan to receive commission payments
  • You must complete your application after agreeing to these terms. As soon as your application is complete, you are registered as a Partner and your dedicated link appears on My Page
  • The Company may suspend or cancel your participation even after registration if it determines that you do not meet the participation requirements or that you have violated the prohibited activities in Section 5

2. Commission

  • Commission is 10% of the amount paid to the Company by an organization that registers through the Partner’s link and subscribes to a paid plan (a “Referral”), excluding tax and refunded amounts, for 12 months from the Referral’s first payment date
  • The standard rate is 10% for a 12-month period. If the Company sets a different rate or period for a Partner or for a registration channel, that condition takes precedence. In either case, the rate and period are displayed on My Page
  • Commission is calculated in USD. Amounts displayed in Japanese yen are for reference only
  • If a Referral receives a refund, the corresponding commission is canceled

3. Referral attribution

  • The organization of a new user who registers within 30 days of opening the Partner’s link is attributed to that Partner. If the user opened several links, the Referral is attributed to the Partner whose link was opened most recently before registration
  • Registrations by the Partner, organizations owned by the Partner, and registrations the Company determines were made on the Partner’s behalf are excluded. Joining a referred organization as a member or guest does not, by itself, make it ineligible
  • Registrations by people who already have an Addness account are excluded

4. Payment

  • Commission is finalized monthly and transferred to the bank account in Japan registered by the Partner
  • Before commission payments begin, the Company will determine and communicate by email and Addness notifications the closing date, transfer date, minimum transfer amount, handling of transfer fees, and handling of the consumption tax equivalent for Partners who are not registered qualified invoice issuers
  • If the total finalized commission for a month is below the minimum transfer amount, it carries over to subsequent months

5. Prohibited activities

  • Promoting through methods recipients do not want, such as unsolicited mass direct messages, replies, or posts
  • Impersonating the Company or Addness, or using wording that misleadingly suggests official status
  • Placing search ads on keywords containing “Addness”
  • Promoting discounts, benefits, or features that do not exist
  • Placing links on coupon distribution sites or through automatic redirects
  • Registering using other people’s accounts or multiple accounts

6. Suspension and cancellation

  • If a Partner violates the above terms, the Company may suspend the Partner and cancel unpaid commission
  • If the Unlimited plan subscription of the organization owned by the Partner ends, the Company may stop attributing new Referrals. Commission for Referrals already attributed continues until the end of the commission period
  • Partners can stop participating at any time from My Page

7. Changes

  • The Company may change these terms, commission rates, and periods by giving at least 30 days’ notice by email and Addness notifications
  • As a rule, the commission rates and periods for Referrals already attributed will not change

8. Other provisions

  • Partners conduct referral activities at their own responsibility and resolve any problems arising from interactions with Referrals themselves
  • These terms are governed by Japanese law, and the Tokyo District Court has exclusive jurisdiction as the court of first instance for disputes (as in the Addness Terms of Service)
