A complete guide to Claude Code

Watch practical demonstrations from setup to delegated work

Several tools let AI perform practical work: Claude Code, Codex and Cursor. If you have no specific reason to choose another tool, start with Claude Code in the desktop app.

Watch the demonstration

Installation and controls are easier to follow on screen. The video shows the full sequence, from setup to delegating and completing real work.

Connect the demonstration to the core course

The video follows roughly the same order as the course. Keep these connections in mind as you watch.

  • Choose the workspace. Opening a folder makes it the working location. See Chapter 4.
  • Improve routine work, then let it run autonomously. These are the automation and autonomous execution approaches from Chapter 5.
  • Connect external tools. Calendars, email and drives add capabilities as you connect them. See Chapter 4.
  • Make the work transferable to other people. Extend it beyond your own setup. See Chapter 6.
  • Connect work to company Goals. AI acts with access to the desired state and the current state. See Chapter 6.

Ask AI when you get stuck

If a screen differs from the video or a step behaves differently, share a screenshot and explain what happened.

I followed the setup step in the video, but the expected result did not appear.
Help me understand the attached screen and complete the step.

Ask AI about the tool while you use it. You do not need to memorize every operation.
